How often can someone come for help?Individuals and families are allowed to come for help once a month.

Is there a means test that people have to pass?We do not have a means test; however, everyone fills out a form and we keep pertinent information in a database. We require our clients to provide proof of address, dependents and other important information.

How many people does COPE Food Bank help?We help on average more than 250 families or about 540 individuals each month.

Are your donation receipts tax deductible?Yes, COPE is registered with Revenue Canada as a charitable organization and therefore is able to provide tax receipts for any monetary donations. Our charitable number is 118901297RR0001
